Appalachian Moonshine is a real sour mash whiskey. Our mashing process extracts all the natural sugars and flavor from the grain, no added sugar as some other companies do to raise their alcohol level. Our product comes in a moonshine style jug, and not your typical whiskey bottle or mason jar style container. In every design feature we desired to come up with unique bottles, flavors, and labels to set us apart from the rest.

Rollins Lake is a 41-acre impoundment located 2 miles west of Ripley in Jackson County. It is accessible from I-77 by taking State Route 62 west 1.5 miles and then turning south on Route 87. Constructed during 1956, this lake was in private ownership until 1987, when the Wildlife Resources Section of the DNR purchased the area. It has a maximum depth of 11 feet and an average depth of 6 feet. A paved road provides access to approximately half of the lake. A boat ramp is available and electric motors only are allowed. Live minnows cannot be used as bait and camping are prohibited.
Rollins Lake provides warm water fishery for bluegill, largemouth bass, and channel catfish. The lake is stocked with trout once each month from January through April.
National Forest Stamp is not required; No camping allowed; Stocked once each month January through April; Does not receive Fall trout stocking.
